Yikes, I just turned on my DS and 2 folders filled w/ ROMS don;t show up on the menu, but they're there when i put the card in card reader on PC. I moved some files around to see if that would help, and now even FEWER folders are showing up!! What is going on?

Card's corrupted. Reformat and recopy.

I've reformatted and put everythign back in and it is doing the same thing, only 3 things are showing up when i have like 10 in the root...
Ah -ha! I've noticed that under properties, the folders that won't show up have 'read-only' and 'archive' checked. I unchecked them and now things are running just fine. I wonder why those properties changed, I certainly didn't change them. Weird.
