Everyone is entitled to their opinion.  I've known smokers AND drinkers that lived past their 80's.  When your time is up, it's up.  It don't matter if you drink, smoke, fart, jog 5 miles a day, join Jenny Craig or become a monk.  I personally have no beef with people who don't smoke or drink.  So if people have a problem with smokers, drinkers, dippers, or whatever, then tough shit.

I only have a problem when they're somewhere near me.  Then I throw things and tell them to enjoy their cancer someplace else.  They usually do, since I'm 6'3" and can put on a pretty good scary impression.

Smokers can kill themselves if they want, it's good for the unemployment rate.  However, I dislike that my tax dollars are being wasted on keeping them alive when they're 35 or something and need a respirator to breathe.  They should buy their own respirator, they must have lots of money flowing in to be able to shell out so much $$$ every month to maintain their habit.

I will agree on one thing.  People who smoke near other people in a crowded area, or near people with breathing problems isn't cool.
