Has anyone ever tried to play wi-fi online using the supercard? cause i'm scared if they might track you and block your ds from entering later on. Also, normal wi-fi works right? thanks

Playing over the Internet works just like a real cartridge. I'm not sure it's possible for Nintendo to track a Supercard, and if it is they haven't done anything so far. As for local Download Play, one of the systems must be flashed.

Thanks, but for normal wi-fi, i mean, can i crate a game offline, and they join the game? (not sure if i  clear :p)

If by "normal wifi" you mean the local area multiplayer, where no access point is needed, then it's very hit-or-miss.  You see, all games downloaded to the DS need to be RSA signed, which is a digital signature.  When patching the game to run from slot-2, oftentimes the signature will break, making it impossible to send a regular DS a game demo.  Some games do work though, and compatibility with this feature, called Download Play, is higher on slot-1 cards, where clean roms can be accepted.  For best results though, the receiving DS should have FlashMe installed, which accepts the download no matter if the RSA signature is broken or not.

I'm not sure about multiplayer with multiple carts though.  What I just described is for games that let you send demos to another DS even if they don't have the actual cartridge.  Perhaps regular multiplayer works fine.  I'm not really sure, sorry.

Regular multiplayer where both players have the game works correctly
WiFi play where you play across the internet works correctly
Download play where only 1 person has the game does NOT work correctly
