Hi

Well, aside from homebrew stuff, are there any other nds games that are not games but apps besides the nds web browser?

I'm not talking about stuff like brain age, or electroplankton. (Though I love both of them, especially electroplankton, love the guy who made it, he's a genious) I'm talking about very strickly nds APPS! If the answer is no, are there any that will be realised soon? What are they're names, what will they do, and if you happen to know what is there realise #?

Hi

I can't pirate action replay or the mp3 player... right?

You could use NitroHax, an ARDS equivalent.  Like the ARDS, it only works on officially purchased games.  You cannot pirate the MP3 player, as it requires special hardware to function.  The GBA itself isn't powerful enough to decode mp3s, so the mp3 player works by decoding it using hardware in the cartridge, using the GBA for video display and sound output.

On a semi-related note, be sure your sister knows about GSM Player for her GBA flash cart.  The music takes up a relatively large amount of space on limited GBA flash carts, but it's fairly good quality.  It was my most often-used GBA application before I got a DS.
