The supercard is in really good condition (practically never left my DS).  The SD card is a 512 Ridata which is missing some parts of it's label (not sticky).  The reader is some generic card reader that I'm throwing in so you can hook the SD card up to your computer.  I don't have the box or anything but I'll try to find a snug little container to ship it in.
