I got this from a guy at work brand new

it's not broken or anything I've just ben haveing some major trouble getting it to work I've used a patch program, and the card recognized the games but when they went to play it gets to the title screen both screens go white or black and I can hear the title music just fine but that's it for anything. Now I was trying to mess with a different patching program and now the card won't even recognize the game at the menu.

partching is not required, try simply putting the clean roms on the card

My friend had a similar problem and he had to get a replacement.
