I didn't mean any disrespect towards okiwi and gnirfleo, it's just a funny situation. I hope their browsers come out and kick ass, that's for sure. Images would be nice, but what I am most concerned about is an interface to connect to AP's that doesn't involve loading a game first...

I have just put this on to my son's SCSD without ever having had DSOrganise previously on there. It works fine as far as I can tell- we connnected to the IRC, I went to the website of my e-mail host and it connected fine, though I don't know how or if it is possible to get into the webmail. Why is it stated to be necessary to have the previous version on there?

It's usually best to have a full DSOrganize folder on there to begin with rather than having it create one for you.  You've got the updated files, but you're missing all the other files that DSOrganize could use.  Therefore, it's best to copy over all the files from 1.61 to your card, then replace the few that come with the Alpha download.

On a related note, I find it hilarious that Gnirfleo "forgot" to release the demo today.  Let's see how long he can drag it out.  Ocarina of Time 2D anyone?

Anyway, why are we so quick to make fun of developers? Why can't we have some patience and wait for it?

I'm just overly pessimistic about this due to my experiences with Ocarina of Time 2D, a fangame I waited anxiously for, for a year or two.  I woke up Christmas '03 expecting the fabled Demo 4 only to find a delay notice.  I waited for the next day, and then the next, and the next, and after a while a month or two had gone by.  As time went on, TRM had entered the military, and then he lost the source, and then he had to migrate to a lower version of Game Maker to accommodate for users of older operating systems, then he decided to scrap all his work and start from scratch in C#.  Haven't heard too much from him in a while, but last time he was at ZFGC he was still trying to convince us that the project is real.  

Besides, it's more fun to set my expecations low so that I feel great when they're exceeded.

is anyone else having problems with scribble? my files wont save for some reason (shows the bar flying accross but when i go back in its not in the list and its not on the TF)
