But what does OEM stand for? It says it in this link right infront of the item name: http://www.pricegrabber.com/user_sales_getprod.php?masterid=23006656&lot_id=6081885

If you get a retail box hard drive you will get cables and a manual in a box. Meant for a store or purchase by a regular schmo. OEM is meant for resellers. You get a hard drive in a box. No cables no nothing. Anyone can buy an OEM version, though, and its usually cheaper. So if you're buying an OEM version of something make sure it isn't omitting an extra you need. In the case of your link it's probably in a cardboard box instead of bubble plastic, but I never ordered an OEM flash card.
