My SuperCard frequently says it can't find the card and when it does it suddenly stops reading it during a game which causes it to free. When it doesn't find it, the diagnostic mode says it's Error 03.

Reformat the card (making sure of course that you have set it to FAT or FAT16 or it won't work)

There could be an error somewhere, or the FAT (file allocation table) may have gotten corrupted etc etc.

If that doesn't solve it, there may be something wrong with the card itself. Try using a different card if you have one, or pick up a cheapy $20-30 card at wal-mart to test out and see if it's having any problems as well.
