I just got a ds lite and a supercard and superkey. I upgraded the firmware and got the last version of the supercard software. When I turn the ds on though, the supercard gui does not show up. I am able to run the memory test and it reads as follows

Test SRAM
SRAM OK!

Test sdram
sdram ok!

test flash
flash id ok!
flash ok!

Test SD/MMC
SD/MMC OK!
not find test file

now sc version 1.70
hardware ID:ceba0559069639b3

I am at a loss as to what to try now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try booting it without the superkey. To see if it works.

When I boot without the superkey the gameboy logo comes on the top of the screen then it goes white.

Can you test it on another gba/ds to see if it works?

Yes I can and I get the same thing.

Send it back to where you got it and demand a working unit.
