FSTFIX, what all can it do

To those who have used this program (asked sneef and 754boy in another post with no reply), what all can this program do?

Edit : It seems you need to run FSTFIX if the GC iso is less than 1.35 GB.

what

gcm's have a buffer to be full sized  gc isos. Just like ds games. Sometimes a gcm will have this shaved off to reduce its size (trimmed). to burn these backups as a single bootable game, you need to restore them to their proper size (1.4gb or something like that) and you can use fstfix for that. pretty much you just put back the buffer with it.

Here's the easy way out, the gui version. and no, I don't remember where i got it.
