Hello, as you all probably know, Pokemon is coming out soon! (Woot) and i was wondering if I played D/P using my SCDS, would I be able to trade with a real Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald in my slot2. Right now, without the GBA game, I cannot check the "Enable GBA Union" function on my SCDS. Does anyone know if this will work?

It should work, in theory. Because it's running just like normal from the top slot. The enable GBA union was linking two roms, not a rom and an actual game.

Good question, I kinda want to get the extra bonuses from linking an Advance Wars 1 for the GBA with my Advance Wars DS. But I have the real cart for Advance Wars DS, and I lost my Advance Wars 1 cart a long long time ago. Anyone know if I can link these two somehow? I haven't actually tried it myself, but I recall hearing that you need to do it with a clean rom, not the SuperCard patched rom.

Anybody know for sure?

You can transfer your stuff without the need of GBA union, just make sure the rom and the cart are the same region, because i think there is a region lock on that. At least i couldn't transfer from my NTSC R/S to my JAP D/P.

You can't if using a flash cart, but it may be possible with a Slot-2 expansion pack for SC DS (which isn't out yet), because the Slot-2 expansion pack probably doesn't have a loader of its own.

I have tryed with Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow on my SCDS1 with Castlevaia: Aria of Sorrow on a XG-Flash1 in single-game-mode and I have that special ring at the beginning of Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.  

I'm this should work with EZ1, EZ2, EZ3 and such,...
