can anyone recommend some DC games for me to pick up?  I was actually in the process of looking for a used DC, when this emulator popped up.  I grabbed Shenmue, since people say it's really good.  any other outstanding games?

I'd be eager to try out Street Fighter III: Third Strike on this!

I never owned a dreamcast so I picked games from this list . . .

Actually you can :) That's what I've been using. You go to Options. Then Plugins. Change the GDRom plugin to SCSI Passthrough GDRom plugin. After that, go to Options again and select GDRom. A box will popup. Just select the drive letter of your cd/dvdrom drive.

Ahh sweet thanks for the heads up, just tried it and works great. Now we just need to be able to get the XboX 360 controller to work with it and were all set!

And just think this is the first public release, things will only get better from here. Can't wait to see how much better it can get.

Grandia 2 is probably my favorite DC RPG, and I liked Sonic adventure 1 and 2 alot :)

was looking for shenmue II (import) and found out that it was released for XBOX in the USA.. so grabbed it at gamestop (used) last night.. WOW! what a game!

now to try shenmue (the first one) on the emulator...  :)

Have you guys tried using JoyToKey to use your Xbox controllers on it?  In the emulator, map the buttons to random keyboard letters, then in JoyToKey map your gamepad buttons to those letters.

sneef

that's a good idea.. i must try it later

[edit] was very excited about this idea, but when I tried it, JoyToKey would not recognize my 360 controller.  my PC recognizes it, but not JoyToKey.

I'll try with my PS3 controller next. (using the homebrew PC drivers)

and my PS2 joypad next (with USB adapter)

EDIT 2 this app doesn't work with ANY of my gamepads.  crazy.  don't know what the issue is.  I can't calibrate the program, because it doesn't recognize any gamepad button presses.  keep in mind that I use these gamepads all the time...

EDIT 3  using xpadder with xbox 360 controller works great!

Can anyone else mirror the BIOS please? DeVS' attachment won't download.
