So, what exactly is the slot 2 stuff in here?

It SOUNDS like it will read the Slot 2 card and integrate the files it finds on the slot 2 card with the R4 menu ...?  I tried this, no luck.  Thoughts?

I think (not sure though) that it just replaces the black border around GBA games.

Not positive, but thats what it looks like.

Umm from what I can tell, all it does is recognize that a game is a GBA game from the loader.  So if you have a GBA game plugged in, and you press Slot 2, you no longer get 2 white screens, but the game with the R4 on the side.

^ Yep, just tried it. And it boots the actual GBA cartridge that is in your slot 2, and it put a nice frame around the game, so there isn't just black. It's pretty nice.

Just copy over the new _DS_MENU.DAT, and put the new GBA.bmp into your _system_ folder.
Setup:
White Lite
Slot 1: CycloDSx2GB Kingston Japan, Supercard DSOne+1GB Nokia(J), 16G G6 DS Real, 16G DS-Linker, R4x1GB Kingston(J),
Slot 2: G6 Lite
PSP: 3.40 OE-A

i remember that thread from a while ago where everyone was trying to get borders around their gba game with an nds file.  :D

Yeah, and I'm still trying to get a solution to work with my Supercard miniSD.  Hopefully HyperHacker will be able to update his BootGBA program to support DLDI so I can use my own border.  In the meantime, I haven't gotten any other solutions to work with it.
