The one's included only work seemingly on the first day, everytime I load up my save I can't slow down time or have decent energy.

You do know that you have to start the codes up everytime, right?
You can play and do the Real Time save.
But when you load it again/turn your DS on again, you have to turn the cheats on again too.

(As from experience on my SuperCard Lite)
