I just bought a supercard ds 1 one and ive got a few questions
do i need a passkey to use it? do i need to flash my firmware with flashme
to use it i got a unmodified ds will it read the supercard?

no you dont need a passthrough devise & you dont have to flash your DSs firmware

depends on where you are in the world  

I'm in the UK and have purchased from jandaman before ... and it took about 6-7 days which is pretty good going
