Hey guys, I have a phat DS and i'm looking to get something to play some videos and MP3's and keep all of my games on one cart for fast loading. what do you mean "fake"?  it's just not branded. there's nothing fake about unbranded items.  If it said "sandisk" in some comic sans font, then it would be fake. haha..

The Mini SD Supercard is not a fake as it has an internal battery.

However, I have that same brand of SD and it is not fully compatible with the Supercard.

Commercial games run OK but homebrew which accesses the SD does not, and it destroys the FAT partition and you have to reformat it on your PC.

DS Linux would not even see the SD, DS Organize would run but whenever it tried to write to the SD to create bookmarks for example, it crashed out. Rein would do the same as would DS Mail if you tried to save your settings.

I upgraded to a SanDisk and everything is now fine.
