DSOrganize 2.01 Beta Released

DragonMinded released DSOrganize 2.01 Beta and it's damn nice. This has to be getting close to beating Moonshell as the best piece of homebrew on the DS. Here is the change log:

* Added new fields to homebrew database: date, version, size of package.
* Reverted from eabi back to r17 due to regresses:
o Fixed .xm crash regress.
o Fixed supercard boot failure crash.
o Possibly fixed crash relating to ani gif files.
* Improved key responsiveness on module player.
* Fixed issue with shoutcast url's with no trailing / not loading properly.
* Changed fat lib to rein r15 modified. Hopefully this works with M3 SD.
* Fixed transparency issue with NDS file icons (Thanks LiraNuna).
* Fixed issue with nds icon for dsorganize having bad transparency.
* Changed file code to allow icons/descriptions for .sd.nds and .ds.gba files.
* Fixed cursor bug in text editor with page down and files less than 11 lines long.
* Homescreen highlights last app used when exiting back to it.
* Fixed a bug relating to pressing y while hilighting a .ini file in browser.
* Allowed homescreen customization, edit in the .ini for now.
* Fixed minor bug with copying file then creating a new file without pasting.
* Changed the way alternate browser modes function.
* Added click to edit on calendar and day planner.
* Fixed a weird bug with homebrew database scrolling.
* Added setting for DD/MM/YY display.
* Added setting to enable or disable second tap action.
* Added setting to change the html renderer for better compatiblity.
* Upgraded to latest tcplib, hopefully this fixes more issues.

it just keeps getting better and better. i hope really soon we have video support and louder volume too.

Man johnny9562001 how do you type your name in every time its so long. I think they should add more games to the download homebrew thing or they could make a web browser. I think they will have one in the next few reases because it can already read html

yeah thats another thing im hoping for, to have a web browser in the ds organizer. Anyhow, rocky, do you happend to know how to configure the nds wifi usb in order to act as a acess point.

I can't seem to make it get the homebrew either. I keep getting "Status: Getting MOTD" on the bottom screen and the top screen says "Retrieving" but it just says "No entries in the database" at the bottom screen and "Unable to retrieve" on the top screen after awhile. Any ideas?

I couldn't get it to work with WEP and DHCP, so i changed my settings in MKDS and on my router to be hard coded and it worked a treat. i seem to recall reading that WEP and DHCP is a bit iffy either in the original stack or in its implementation in the app itself.

WEP works, u need to configure ur connection in an official game, and if you need , give yourself an IP to 'Disable' DHCP, it works, my router is WEP+DHCP, works fine ^_^

Devil_Spawn what kind of router are you using? When I try and put the IP Address it comes back with settings are invalid. I have the WRT54G Linksys

This app is very cool...

FYI i have a westell router (comcast) and it is set to DHCP. I entered an IP manually and it worked for me.
