I wish DragonMinded would attempt to make the newest version work on 1.7...
It would be completely awesome.

BlackDStoUS!

Oh, sorry "Hi". Didn't mean to undermine your knowledge.

If Dragonminded could make a compatible version for 1.7, that would rock, but im kinda afraid to upgrade. I don't want any compatibility issues. I like my comfort zone.

Hi

It just accored to me.

Many flash card teams/companys (the supercard team, the dslink team) have made special versions of dsorganise that work on the slot-1 card they manufacture.

How come they can edit dsorganise and we can't?

The mod cart makers aren't making changes and releasing "unofficial" versions with anything added which is what Dragonminded didn't want, they are just fixing the compatibility for there carts. Matter of fact they are doing exactly what Dragonminded wanted, using custom fatlibs, and releasing the libs to the public for homebrew use.

It's true, before his goodbyes he was asking the cart makers to release their sources to increase compatibility. I doubt he'll be offended the cart makers went the extra mile to fix the compatibility problems for him.

As GREAT as DSOrganize is, him getting mod cart makers to release there custom libs to the public is probably his greatest accomplishment to the DS scene. It should make things so much easier for developers now. Thanks Dragonminded!

Quote from: "rorix_bladewing5"Why'd he suddenly come back?

Dont bother about why he came back, but instead be focused and happy about the fact that DragonMinded is back, with DSOrganize 2.4 loaded in his gun.

Hi I talked to DragonMinded tonight and he said it was ok for mod cart makers to edit DSO in order to get it to work on their new versions of the mod carts.
