Okay so I have a Passme 3 and and a supercard lite

I have already changed the Micro SD card from Fat32 to fat

Uploaded the newest software

but now I don't know what to do

I have tried loading a .NDS rom but nothing loaded on my DS just the two white screens

What else do I need to do in order for me to play games?

Patch the ROMs. Try following this video tutorial I made.

Patch the roms with the software.

I just patched Jump Ultimate Stars and dragged it to my MicroSD card

I put it in my Super Card SD and it says

32768K/32768k

and then a white screen

I don't know what im doing wrong

When I patched I had Server Patch and SD Position Patch on "SD Card"

Lets see... lets just pretend I haven't done anything to it yet... what should I do?

Go to the DualScene SC Compatibility List and search for your game. If it's supported, look what options they have used in the right hand column.

Well it says it works and I followed the proper patching process but something just isn't working

Do you think you can run me through it from the start please?

Try disabling the Trim ROM option
