Hey everyone!  It's time for another raffle.  Tickets are $5 (USD) each.  Send PayPal payments to paypal@scdev.org and please specify your username on this site if you have one.  Entries will be accepted until Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 11:59PM EST.  I'll do my best to keep this post updated with everyone who has entered.  We pay shipping world wide.

Prize Pool:

* (we may add additional prizes!)

Prizes will be held for 30 days, if they are not claimed we'll pick some backup winners from the ticket pool.   If they remain unclaimed they will be offered in a free raffle.  Shortly after the 30 day deadline.

Proceeds would either be divided among various scene donations and some proceeds may also go toward the next contest's prize (probably a Wii)...

I would not think so as this is a world wide forum. In the last raffle, it never mentioned in the rules that you have to be in the usa. I think the only restriction a person may face, they do not or cannot use paypal. I am not trying to speak for the admin though.

Well, I don't have a credit card to put money into my paypal. But Im planning on selling some stuff over ebay via paypal. So there will be some money in my account balance. Im probably gona get like 2 tickets.
