I tried dragging and dropping and it didn't read... plus i tried using the converter and no luck... Can the SC:one only play DS games?

There is no GBA support in ANY slot 1 device. It's not possible and it never will be possible because of the differences in how the data is read from the slots.

oh... that sucks... i jus found another topic like this... you can close it if you want...

Surely what you mean is slot2 GBA functionality is never going to work.

I cant see a reason why a DS GBA emulator (that plays roms from slot1) would not work?

(obviously one does not currently exist as until now there has been no need for one).

Surely the fundamental differences between GBA and DS cant be as disparate as DS and Nes or Snes (which are supported via emulator).

Arent the M3 team meant to be working on some type of slot 1 card with a slot 2 pack to do GBA ?

Anyway for SC DS One - no GBA support at present - or planned.

GBA emulation needs a very good pc, as we don't have true ds gb emulation yet I wouldn't hold your breath waiting.

Hi

If you want to play
G-B-A
Slot 2 supercard will save the day

uh huh, oh yeah!

Though some games will have slow downs
Most of the games won't!
It's all nds and many gba
That's what I
have-to-say

uh huh, oh yeah!

:? huh, tough crowed. Oh common, I made a rap AND helped rx8ryder at the same time! You can't get better than that! :?

 "BOOOOOO"

 Seriously, I was just making a reccomondation to rx8ryder!... AND I wanted to say, sorry about the misfortune.

 I know how frusturating it is to buy something and then find out it won't do what you want. But it wasn't a waiste. If you want to play gameboy games, (and get the slot-2 supercard to do it) You'll be able to use both the slot-1 supercard and the slot-2 supercard together to run the opera web browser.

 Sorry. But... I think I have to go now... the crowed... ommm. doesn't seem to like me to much

 "BOOOOOOOOO!"

there is a news about slot2 expansion for slot1 cards

reilina

thanks Cygoku but do u know any good place to buy this? and what is LPDX?

ImmortalNinja

I'd say if you really want to play gba games pick up the old GBA specific flash cards.
They should be quite cheap nowdays and work fine.
Having said that there arent that many worthy GBA games coming out now so I just tend to buy them.
FFvi best FF game ever!

If you asked me, that's greed.  My Supercard Lite should already be supported for that feature.  I don't wanna have to start an app under a slot1 solution to get into my slot2.  They should work togheter as one.

...um, what?  Doggy's talking about a RAM expansion pack that would allow for GBA binaries to run on slot-1 cards.  I fail to see how that's greed, as all they are doing is giving you extra functionality.  It wouldn't do anything that your Supercard Lite doesn't already do (unless you got the Rumble series of course)

Doggy124

I think maybe a expansion card will have ram and rumble.
Because if it is a expansion, it dont need to have a microSD slot (mean more space on the card) and maybe they will have enough space for both ram and rumble
