Didn't know if any of you mentioned this already, but I was quite far with "Trauma center..." and didn't like the idea of playing it all over again now that the new firmware is out. And I tried to copy the name of the new generated save-file (that nds.sav file) in my old save-file (the one created by Cory's Etool) and it worked perfectly.....so people, don't toss those old sav-files in the trash.
