Isn't it only 4 GB and up that uses SDHC?  My 2 GB miniSD card works fine on my Supercard miniSD.  The only issue I've had is with DSLinux, but everything else works perfectly.

I doubt the slot-2 Supercards are recent enough to use SDHC, though I have heard that some non-SDHC 4GB cards have worked.  It might be hard to find one of those though.
