Got a wii last week... pirating/hooking up to PC?

1) Yes.
2) If the monitor you're using is on a Win95 machine it will be VGA. If you want to make double-sure look at the monitor plug. If it has 3 rows of pins it's VGA.
3) I've never used one, but based on the description, yes.
4) Again, as long as it's VGA you should be good.
Edit) They look like the same thing to me. The seller probably has a crate full of them.

The only unknown variable is image quality. $55 is a good chunk of change for something that might not look good. You might want to Google around for reviews or see if someone here has actually used one.

I got the thing, and am very happy with it. You can't even tell that it's hooked up to a monitor and not a TV (except maybe for the fact that it's the "TV" is attached to a computer... you get what I mean) It was so simple to, got everything working within 30 minutes.

Recommended product.

Okay, since I got my adapter, I've been constantly unplugging/plugging-in my computer speaker into my from my PC into my vga adapter and Vice-Vera. This is getting on my nerves, and I've already made room on my budget (yes, I actually have made a budget on how to spend my birthday money) for a new speaker. Now to buy a speaker...

I don't need anything fancy, it doesn't have to be stereo, mono is fine, it doesn't have to have fantastic sound quality, just good enough quality so one doesn't hear any cackling from their wii, you get the picture. I'm thinking that something like this would probably cost me about $15 after shipping, but of course less is always better.

I'm capable of looking myself, and will, but does anyone have any suggestions? I just hope this doesn't take as long as finding a hard drive did...

Creative brand speakers are cheap with great quality.
Try to check the Creative 2.1 speakers.

No I'm not. I know what the point is, I just don't like the point. In other words, I'm not using my wii system code- atleast not with people I only know over the internet.

I've got some personal information on my wii, my real name. Besides, I don't really want to have "wii-friends." I just don't like the Idea.
