if its less than 6 months old its NOTHING to replace i told you to be firm with them call them back and tell them that its unacceptable that they want to charge for something thats under warrenty you have to get tough with them sure your only 11 but just do it!

Yes, you have to be firm with them You could tell them your R button is broken from so much MKDS.  I got a free replacement, but it was the truth
