I think 1GB would suit me.  I only like playing one RPG at a time (that's really all I enjoyed on the PS1.)  Plus, you could fit retro ROMs on there too.  A little captain avengers perhaps? ^_^

Well, I would like to have a fighting game, a sports game, a puzzle game, and an RPG on my PSP at any one given time so I would really need a bigger memstick (Tekken is 1.3GB already   )
