has anyone had success with fwnitro firmware?

It's great if you've got a Phat DS. No Lite support/download play unfortunately. If you want download play then you can boot this dump of the official DS firmware and use that.

Basically, I recommend it on a Phat, not on a lite.

right now i have a flashed DS phat with the stealth version. I was considering using the fwnitro because of the nds dumping capabilities but someone told me not to use the fwnitro with an m3 simply which what i used to flash with the flashme stealth.

FWNitro won't boot the m3 simply, so stick with flashme unless you have a slot-2 card to uninstall it at a later date

well, i do own an m3 lite and supercard cf as well as a DS lite but i dont own the newer passme card. My main thought is using the fwnitro to get clean nds dumps onto my supercard CF. Does this work? It would be the only incentive to change firmware for me. Since i can boot into DS mode directly using my flashed ds and supercard can i just write over it and use fwnitro?
