Do you guys who connect your moded PSP to your PS3 turn off the wifi before doing so or just leave it on? Also will PS1 games show up in the Playstation store once I register my PSP to my PS3?

I have my PSP WiFi on all of the time.  I'm not sure I understand why you would ask that question.  You can connect PSP to PS3 via USB to share files between them.  You can also connect wirelessly to remote control PS3 with PSP after your PSP is registered. The Plastation store always displays PS1 downloads so there is no need to register your PSP first. Also, PS1 downloads play on both PS3 and PSP now.
