How do you add custom action replay codes to the cheat code database?

Look, I'm serious. I need help with this, I need to know how to add new codes to the existing database of action replay codes in the newest r4. Somebody here has to know how to do this.

theres a cheat code editor on the r4 website afaik

i just added every code available so that for now at least. any game thats not new that i buy, i can put on my r4 and have cheats for.
