hi, my PoR on scSD constantly crashes when in menu
can ANYONE tell me how to fix it?

It's a known issue.  It requires a very fast microSD card in either a Supercard Lite or Supercard DS in order to run without crashing.  It happens on nearly all slot-1 devices as well.  I don't think SD or miniSD cards can get fast enough, but I'm not 100% certain on that.
