Flipping The Screen

Hi all aint been here for a while!

how to i flip the screen so the options are at the bottom, i press L+R on boot
then it flips then flips back again, im i doing somthing wrong help would be great

just press L+A
heres the SCDSONE manual which has a list of all the hotkeys
