Is Mario Kart Super Circuit and  Mario Kart Advance the same?

Go here http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ scroll down on the left and look under Emulators. Most have a compatibility list.

Also why not just play Mario Kart on the DS and unlock the retro courses, it has most of those games listed above courses on it.

I play my PSP more than my DS.  I only use my DS for multiplayer Mrio Kart and music via moonshell.
