Hm, I know SUPER can convert to DPG, but I don't know if it can read it correctly to convert it.  A DPG file is really an MPEG file combined with compressed audio, with a special header.  You can use something like DPG Player or DPGMux to demux the file (split it into the various files that make it up), which you might be able to work with.

All in all though, it would probably be better (and provide better video quality) if you just converted the original source material to PSP format, leaving DPG out of the equation.
