My cousin dropped his psp and cracked the lcd/screen. Where can I purchase a replacement and how difficult is the procedure?

is the actual screen broken or just the lens connected to the faceplate?

if its the actual screen, look for someone selling a bricked psp or just the screen.  then take out all the screws in the battery compartment, including the ones under the warranty sticker (yes, it voids your warranty), all the screws at the back, and the screen on the bottom in the middle of the grey bar.  take the faceplate off, and theres a screw on the left side.  unscrew that, get a flat-head screwdriver and put it under the top of the screen.  use all your strength and push the other end to unstick the screen.  put the new one in.  Then put back all the screws.  im NOT responsible for anything that happens during the procedure.

if you just cracked the lens connected to the faceplate, its a lot easier.  first, buy a new faceplate off ebay or something.  then just take out all the screws in the battery compartment, including the ones under the warranty sticker (yes, it voids your warranty), all the screws at the back, and the screen on the bottom in the middle of the grey bar.  take the faceplate off and replace it with the newer one you bought.  Put back all the screws.  im NOT responsible for anything that happens during the procedure.
