Does anybody know if it is possible to transfer data directly between a PC and DS with R4 card using a cable such as this -

and if it can use for play online-game play (sent internet to DS) would be greater because i don't have router.

doubtful as its a USB charger only as far as I know is that the charger connection is not a data connection only power!
