Anyone else getting this? Im not much of a "card" game player, but the new camera for the PS3 looks amazing.  The Eye of Judgment looks like it will be a really fun game and I love the concept Sony came up with for it. I loved the original eye toy on the PS2 (some of the funnest games to play with a bunch of friends while drinking, lol) and I think this new version will be as amazing. It comes out 1 week from this tuesday (Oct 23rd).

Eye of Judgment definitely looks like an interesting concept for a game. I'm not sure if I would get into a card game personally. I'm will probably be getting a Playstation Eye camera sometime. I read its only going to be 39.99 USD and will display a crisp 640 x 480 resolution at 60 frames per second. It's supposed to work well in low light conditions too. Sony is going to be integrating Eye capability into many games as well as into Home.

Looks like the cards can be scanned and printed on normal paper and still work in the game. This means when they release new cards for this game people will most likely just be able to go to their favorite "warez" site and download and print the new cards on regular ole paper and play them in the game. Sweet!

I picked it up today and it is a very interesting game. The camera and cards combo worked flawlessly for me. It recognized and pulled the character off the cards every time. Graphics looks nice and it takes a good 20+ mins to play a single game. There is a mode where you can just lay a card down on the mat and it summons the character on the card, then you can poke at the character and it reacts to you poking at it bye doing something like swining at you with it's sword or shooting at you with it's cannon, pretty damn neat.

LOL, I'm surprised no one at Sony tested to see if that was possible. Well, good news for all you EoJ owners  :D
