Are all the Silver DS currently in the stores able to use the Superpass/Flashme... and do they still come with the Metroid demo?

I know the Blue DS has updated Firmware... but wasn't sure on the original Silver version.

the silver DS's that have metroid will say so on the box.  those with metroid all work with passme (unless they've been factory serviced)...

the newest silver ones may not work
