"Also, some progress has been made. I've mainly been reworking some sections of code to better support IP fragmentation, I should be able to support that soon. And, the test program is coming along... version 0.1 can be found Here [wifi_lib_test.nds] - Version 0.1 only includes a "wardriving" app, capable of cataloging up to 512 access points the DS detects. More will be added before too long. I've been wasting a good deal of time lately - however, I'm getting back on track now and hopefully can manage to work on this a good deal more in the near future. Expect good things :)
(Oh and by the way... whereas the GBAMP has had trouble running previous versions, it works perfectly with this version)"

You can download the file from his site.

I'm running flashme v5 - SC SD w/ latest software/firmware.  I can get the program to run but i don't get it to detect any wifi signals.

Anyone else had any luck?

(it probably only works on GBAMP)

Nothing on my SD version supercard. I get "arm7 init confirmed" and then it just sits there.

If you have trouble with it, add a loader with dsbuild.exe. I did that and it works fine.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

I attached ndsloader.bin to it and that got it past the arm7 init thing but it doesnt detect any access points. Also my DSs led didnt flash like it normally does when its in wireless mode. I dont know if thats supposed to happen but it didnt for me.

It worked on my SC SD after running it through dsbuild, and found my home wireless network.
Anyone know what's the RSSI thing the program writes in the accsses point data?
Also about the led flashing thing, I think nintendo adds it to their offical products so we can know when the wifi is on.

did the ds build and it worked great.  Thanks guys, this is cool!  Can't wait for the wifi library to be released.

Once you find an AP, do you just boot up MKDS and go WFC to use it?

Not that simple, you still gotta search for an AP using MKDS and the same AP should pop up letting you know which ones u can use. I went to WalMart parking lot and found 3 access points, unfortunately I needed the WEP code to get in. But at the college I go to, we have free wireless so they worked just fine :)
