If your sure you have nothing wrong, check the CF/SD card is in FAT format not FAT32, check the properties of the rom before hitting the out button the option should both be set to CF or SD depending on your card (not the option tab, rightclick the rom and select properties), check the firmware on your supercard is nds compatable, 1.50+ i believe....... then you probably need a superpass2
