I don't know what people are talking about, "terrible GBA support" Not a chance, I have had maybe a few games not work, only one game with slowdowns, Supercard works great for me, I'll be look into a mini soon for someone as a gift.

Well, a bunch of bad games or slowdowns are already really bad.  GBA emulation has been perfected a while ago, if you plan on playing Pokemon, there are problems with the Real Time Clock...  I'd go for EZ Flash 3 because it is pretty cheap, and it has PERFECT emulation and decent NDS emulation...  So IMO EZ Flash 3 is a really good choice for you, but Supercard Mini SD is also great, either choice, you'll be happy...
