Scor: with a real card, the flash status of the sender or recipient doesn't matter at all.  So there is no point in bringing up what happens with a real cart.

We are talking about sending via ROM.

Scor

Quote from: "Scor"Strange, I tried polarium (real card) from both my flashed phat DS > non flashed NDSL (black :P) and the other way round and it worked fine.
I'll try with the SC later.

Okay tested:
Flashed DS (real card) --> Non Flashed DSL = works
Flashed DS (SC&G6lite)--> Non Flashed DSL = works
Non Flashed DSL (real card) --> Flashed DSL = works
Non Flashed DSL (SC&G6lite + superkey) --> Flashed DSL = works

So I felt no need to test Flashed/SC/G6lite --> non-flashed+SuperKey as it is not needed for me apparently.
Yes?

Which is why I though my summation was the simplest.

In general if you are going to send a game from a Supercard to a non-flashed DS it is probably going to fail.

I've actually tried this a while ago with a lot of DS and Mario Kart.

When you send from a superCard, either due to the way the exploit to play ds code or from the way the rom is dumped, the sent RSA code will be trashed and thus will fail when a non-flashed DS tries to run it.

A flashed DS will always work because it ignores RSA checks. (I think or always verifies as ok)

So once again if anyone asks,
If sending from a FlashCart, a non-flashed DS will probably not work.
Unless the game doesnt use RSA. eg star fox.
