forget this games.. o get a hacker vercion that use the d-pad not tilt!

Yes the tilt sensor is actual hardware that was in the carts.

You can get hacks for the games where you can press certain buttons to simulate a tilts sensor, but it is of course a very poor substitute for the real thing.
