Okay, I'll try to be as descriptive as possible.

My brother just recieved his CF card (I have a mini-sd). His DS is flashed. Whenever he loads his card, he has to load from GBA. Because of this, the card refuses to run DS roms / homebrew, only GBA games. My Mini-SD works fine on his flashed ds, and his CF works fine on my non-flashed DS with a superkey.

Anyone know how to get his CF to run DS stuff?
