Romman has already said that in the next release, Mario Kart will work.

No, it was NOT a bad dump. Rumour had it at first, but really credible folks out there have reported that it IS working.

The fact is , there are actually two group releasing the MK rom on the same day. One from Europe (as i remember) which release a bad dump. This rom set is not released officially anywhere cause it is not playable anyway...
The second one is from China , released at NDSBBS , by the SCZ team. Their info is written in the .NFO . The release is  a working release, not a  bad dump.
