Here , APPOINTED USERs means a set of limited users that  are active in the development stage. I think most moderaters in the famous Chinese NDS forum (like NDSBBS)  can test them.

I am not sure if the mod  HERE can ask for a test, since we are famous too .... are we ?? hehe...

I think u should send them a email for it... ( don't use hard-to-understand english... remember... )
