I know that there are plenty of ds games that teach japanese people english.

However, are there any that teach english people japanese?

Are there any commercial games?  I know of homebrew, but not commercial.

Hi everyone.  Since nobody could help me out,   I helped myself out, and want to share the good news.

I found english to japanese dictionaries at StarDict and using the NewDicts homebrew program, made 3 english to japanese dictionaries!

I have uploaded the files here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/t3mt50

Put the NewDictS folder in the root of your storage card, and  NewDictS.nds anywhere you want.  Boot up the DS, and select NewDictS.nds.  Usage is pretty much self-explanatory.

Since you also asked about commercial releases, there's one upcoming one called "My Japanese Coach" from Ubisoft.
