there's one thing i still don't understand i think that he is not making a new firmware for all games but he is just uhm :roll:  don't how to ssay how can we play mario kart when we need a firmware that's strange romman if the game works without a FWre change if  i am wrong correct me because i don't want to be rude  :wink:

the rom works because it was MANUALLY PATCHED to work with the current supercard CF firmware.  

The new firmware will be geared to work with the new software, which is, in essence, a universal patching utility.  If you want to be able to patch all your clean dump roms with ONE utility, then the new software/firmware is necessary.

Yes, someone could manually patch each new game to work with the supercard, given enough time and motivation, but that is not practical for the average end-user.

Oh yeah, are there still people who dare to say the SC is in the first place intended for that goddamn GBA? I tried almost whole evening yesterday to see what games work okay and almost every fucking GBA ran slowly like snails with a ball and a chain. SC is CRAP for GBA.

For GBA games: Don't ever think about buying Supercard
For DS games: (especially with the new firmware) this THE card you must have, for sure, definetely, period...
