I know this will sound noobish to ask but will NeoGeo roms work on the SuperCard Mini if so how do I put them on there?

In GBA mode, no.  In DS mode, use NeoDS, DLDI patching as necessary.

Ahh, thanks for that .... damn I miss out on the Metal Slug series.... (I could use my DS but my GBA Micro is so much more portable) *sigh*
