Hi,
I just got my SC-SD card.
I popped out my SD card from my pocket pc inserted it into the SC, put SC in my DS and turn DS power on.

The DS boots regularly like no GBA/DS card inside...

Is my SC defective?

You need a passme type device to use it for NDS stuff - otherwise yes it will look exactly like a normal GBA cart to the DS.

Well, it seems that NDS does not recognize the card at all â€" not even as a GBA card.

Is the SC pushed in all of the way(well, not ALL of the way, but as far as it is supposed to go)? You may have to push it a little farther.
